The Eureka Springs Schools Transportation Department is a dedicated team of licensed professional drivers and support staff who understand that getting children to school safely isn't just a job — it's a responsibility we take seriously every single day.
Based at 157 Greenwood Hollow Road, our department operates a fleet of modern, well-maintained vehicles covering 15 routes throughout Eureka Springs and the surrounding Carroll County area. We coordinate closely with school administrators, parents, and community partners to ensure every route runs on time and every student arrives ready to learn.

Regular Route Service
15 established routes covering Eureka Springs and Carroll County, serving elementary, middle, and high school students with consistent pickup and drop-off times.
Special Needs Transport
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and trained staff for students with disabilities. Each plan is developed in coordination with IEP teams and families.
Field Trip & Event Transport
Additional vehicles available for school-sponsored field trips, athletic events, extracurricular activities, and community outings.
Route Customization
New residential developments or changing family circumstances? We evaluate and adjust routes to keep service efficient and accessible.

Vehicle Maintenance
Every bus undergoes daily inspections and scheduled maintenance. Our fleet is equipped with GPS tracking, digital route monitors, and onboard cameras.
Driver Qualifications
All drivers hold valid CDL endorsements, complete annual defensive driving courses, and pass comprehensive background checks and drug screening.
Emergency Protocols
Regular evacuation drills, first-aid certified staff on every vehicle, and clear communication procedures with schools and parents.
Parent Communication
Real-time route tracking, text alerts for delays, and a dedicated phone line for parents to reach our office during operating hours.
